Nancy Muller, Executive Director

Nancy Muller is the Executive Director of the National Association For Continence (NAFC). Ms. Muller has served in this capacity since 2000 and has been a member of the not-for-profit's Board of Directors since 1996.

Prior to assuming this responsibility, Ms. Muller worked for six years as an independent consultant in the health care industry and has undertaken projects for such clients as the Mayo Clinic, Baylor College of Medicine, Oregon Health Sciences University, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. With 20 years of management experience prior to consulting, including international sales management and medical product management and marketing, Ms. Muller has been employed by companies in the realms of corporate finance, new product launches, strategic planning, and business development.

She graduated magna cum laude from Duke University and earned her MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Graduate Business Administration. Currently, Ms. Muller is a doctoral student at Virginia Commonwealth University where she is pursuing her PhD degree in Health Services Research and Administration in the College of Allied Health.  She has lived abroad in both The Netherlands and France and has traveled extensively.   She is married with two sons, one a graduate of Duke and the other currently a Duke undergraduate student.
