NAFC Staff Announcements

The National Association For Continence (NAFC) is a national, consumer-driven not- for-profit headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, announces the hiring of a new staff member responsible for all fund and membership development and the promotion of a current employee.

February 11, 2008 (Charleston, SC) — Originally from Chatham, NJ, Meghan Hansen is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After graduating, she spent five years with a public relations firm specializing in strategic brand development, media relations and special events planning primarily in the pharmaceutical sector. She moved with her family to Charleston, SC in 2006 after selling a healthcare staffing company that she co-owned with her husband. Meghan has been hired as the NAFC Membership and Fund Development Associate. She and her husband have three children and reside on Daniel Island.


Rachel Levkowicz, who has been on staff since February 2006, has been promoted to Manager - Health Education & Member Services. In her expanded role, Rachel’s responsibilities includes managing fulfillment of requests by all professional members and consumers for educational materials, maintaining content on the organization’s Web site so that it is current with evidence-based clinical practice and the availability of FDA approved devices and medications, and serving as a community educator in all aspects of treatment and management of bladder and bowel control problems. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.S. degree in biology. Formerly from New Orleans, Rachel resides in Charleston.
